- The sale of alcoholic beverages to individuals under 18 years of age is strictly prohibited.
- Valid proof of age will be required at the time of delivery.
- By purchasing alcohol on our platform, you confirm that you are over 18 years old.
- Any attempt to bypass this policy will result in the cancellation of your order.
- Proof of age (valid ID) will be required upon delivery. Alcohol orders will NOT be handed over to minors or anyone unable to prove they are of legal age.
- As required by law since July 1, 2025, breathalyzer kits (éthylotests) are available for purchase.

🚚 Delivery Rights and Dispute Policy
Fatafat reserves the exclusive right to deliver alcoholic products purchased through our platform. We may, at our sole discretion and in full compliance with applicable laws and responsible business practices, refuse or cancel any delivery that includes alcohol if necessary, including but not limited to cases involving:
- Inability to verify the customer's age or identity,
- Delivery to restricted locations or times,
- Signs of intoxication or unsafe conditions at the point of delivery.
By placing an order for alcohol, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
Fatafat is not obligated to complete a delivery if doing so would violate the law or our responsible alcohol service standards.
